Nielsen Super Bowl in MN this Sunday??

I have a feeling that this Super Bowl coming up in MN on Sunday may have one of the lowest Nielsen ratings ever....I think a big part of it is, "oh it's the Patriots again"....as well as technologies and boycott... ???
