this heat

when we came here in 88, I wonder how in the world did we made it through summer.  we didn't have any a/c of any kind.  all we had was your average 10-14" fan blowing at you.  now, it's not even 9am and this heat is getting to me.

It's going to be a high of 88 degree  today.  Outside this morning, it was nice w/ light breeze.  Inside, my heater is on.

I remember back in the days when we did have very hot weather, I would partition the room w/ the AC and elsewhere would be steamy hot but cool in that one room.  We eat/sleep/stay in that room.  That was then and now, I don't have to do that anymore.
