It depends.  I think he's feeding the Americans who think they are azn hence the name. If he feeds you, a bowl of cow Brain sauce.

You do know that many Asians in Asia also eat beef steaks, pork ribs, chicken thighs and shrimps too don't you?? 

Many also eat corns, chili pepper sauce and sweet rice. Not too many eat potato salad, coleslaw, butter, and bread though..
