The only thing missing is Peter Lee singing a popular Hmong song.

Still waiting for a redneck to stand up to protest using his tax dollars to do video without his consent. 

Cool video indeed.  Shows how the community is coming together with the PD instead of having a mistrust in the service. 

Looks like Sacramento also has a video as well.
