It's not legal in MN. Might be legal in TX though.

Oh yes forgot to add, even if you don't eat squirrels, it's a lucrative business at $10 or more per squirrel which many people are willing to pay or buy.  If you sell for less, even better.  $5  per squirrel is a bargain :D :D :D :D

There are bigger red fox squirrels in the south.

I've been squirrel hunting for the past 5 years. It's fun and you do get quiet a good workout. I lived in MN, there's too many hunters, so I traveled to other southern states to squirrel hunt.
