When dealing with theKing, you have to look at the motive of his responses.  His motives are generally not related to the actual topic, it's more along the lines of:

1. Angry response. -name calling, repeating a previous argument he's lost, totally out of context "no land", "foaming", "Trump's.." etc
2. Trying to look smart even when everyone else can see that he has nothing to contribute to the discussion because his ideas are flawed. - using the universal response that would apply to almost any situation: depends. or "love it" with quotes from others
3. Just trying to get the last word in on a thread he killed off by hijacking it with his crude comments that's aimed at bullying other PHers. -Pretty much every thread that ends with him having the last word in.

What else?

4. Facts beat ignorance. But theFAking is actually using ignorance to try and beat FACTS.
5. Saying that others have a reading comprehension problem - but he is actually showing that he is the one with reading comprehension problem and is ignorant of its meaning.

6. Deny - when proven wrong and have can't come up with anything to defend his argument, deny anything the other person said, then pretend like they never presented anything.
7. Become a broken record player - repeat the same thing over and over again.  This isn't not so much as to get the last word, but he literally can't come up with anything anymore, mainly due to being ignorant in a lot of things.
8. Do and/or say things for show. It's an attempt to be seen as better.  A lot of times this isn't an attempt to convince others, but more to convince himself. This is why when the criticism is towards him, he is quick to swing to

You do realize that you just dug yourself a hole with you agreeing that it is "nice".. Now it all DEPENDS on what YAX meant or was referring to when he used "nice".

"You do realize that you just" become even more of an EPIC FAIL with more reading comp issues...

When dealing with the YAK, you have to look at the motive of his responses.  His motives are generally not related to the actual topic, it's more along the lines of:

1. Making ignorant claims like "no land in the Bay Area" then when proven wrong with factual evidence that there are still land available, he foams badly instead of taking ownership of his wrongs and learn from it and then...
2. He make up stuff like the strategy he borrowed from his fellow member (BNM) by claiming the other person said, the land in the Bay Area is "cheap" but when challenged to prove it, he just tuck and run and then foam some more...and then
3. He'll cry "ignore" and tries really hard to abide by his words but because his foam is spewing so badly, he can't help but to crawl back ...which makes him as worthless as his worthless words...

"What else?"

1. He'll solicitate female PH members feedback because he "don't know" but once they take the time to reply to him, he questioned their answers like an know it all...even though he initially said, the "don't know"...

....

Says the EPIC FAIL that continues to tuck and run for "everyone to see"...Yep, still an EPIC FAIL after getting caught red handed with NOTHING to back up his "faking" ways, not even with a simple challenge. Instead, more tantrum...

More of an EPIC FAIL, the more she tuck and run...continui ng her "faking" ways for "everyone to see"...Think that encouraging others to be honest, and stand up and speak up for themselves when something that is bothering them is "bad advice"...Continuing to "repeat" EPIC FAILURES after EPIC FAILURES and continuing more tantrums with NOTHING to back up her made up "faking" claims like a "broken record player"...
