once the warmer weather start picking up

No, hmgRock. I haven't been out at all.

I have prepped my poles, baits, and lines and all accessories. The tackle box and truck are ready.

But I don't think it's a good time to get out there yet.

Plus, still got smelting lined up for early late April or early May. I won't fish until after smelting. (I checked with DNR and was told we couldn't use bait cast nets for smelting. Would have been real cool if I get to try this kind of net. lol)

Good to know the white bass are biting already. I want crappies and white bass this year.

It will be better later in the week and then next week. We're into the upper 60s here this coming week.

I can't wait to catch some crappies.

we got like 8-10 inches of snow last week
so probably going take at least a good week of melting or two for the fishing to pick back up again
the fishes moved back into the deeper water
so kinda of hard for us shore fisherman
