Dubious history was made on Saturday at the Kentucky Derby as the winning horse was disqualified for an on-track violation for the first time.

Minutes after Maximum Security crossed the finish line at Churchill Downs and became the 145th winner, multiple riders filed objections to the victory.

Flavien Prat, the jockey of Country House, filed a rider's objection claiming that Maximum Security veered out of his path in the final turn, which was upheld following a lengthy review. Country Horse became the second-biggest long shot to win in the race's history at 65-1.

I was in Reno over the weekend.  Early in the morning, sport books when opened had all screens on them horses and nothing but old retire folks be engaging into this kind of sports. 

I'm no horse better so I no care but I heard about another best horse 4-1 offs got scratched due to an illness but to see the second best if the batch to win but get disqualified is an eye shocker.  This is the Kentucky Derby for crying out loud. 

But you know what, i think the Belmont stake is next and the best odd is for this new winner to lose in the Belmont or no triple crown aka must win 3 top tier races to earn the crown that not many can do unless you are a legendary horse. 

Wait a minute, i do know something about horse racing as I last placed my bet in MN at the cadubary near mistake lake casino in MN.  Go on Tuesday for their dogs n beer special and watching live horse racing.  They are really slow at one horse power in real life.  On tv, they be flying.
