Bro

Those chicken, your tenant raised ain’t yours
You will only get the monthly rent
Thats it

Plus

You shouldn’t be downing 20%
Unless you plan on living there and dying in that house

Be Prepare to walk away when the housing market crash
That’s what alot of folks did in 2008
They just walk away
Chain reaction

All these
Imma buy property and rent them out AIRBNB
house pay for itself

Good luck trying to convince the bank to give you million

You mean you pay under 20% n pay for pmi insurance?   That's jack the prices of your house up.

The top house is a suburban n city life is nearby.  I live in a nearby city so i should know.

They selling this close to 3 acres of land for nearly $850K in the city of oakdale California .   What can you get for that price in the bay area?  Maybe a 1500 square foot older house.

Link here.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/9811-Red-Fox-Dr-Oakdale-CA-95361/15986738_zpid/

Yall can practically make that money off farming or raising chicken.  Endless possibility.
Under a mil?  In the Bay?  Good luck finding that 1500 sqft house.  Well, theKing can probably help find you one that's half way into the central valley and claim it's still the Bay area since he's within 100 miles.

You lived in America long enough to know that you can take out a conventional loan and rent your whole place out.  Your interest rate may go up but you have to declare that you are turning it into a rental property.  I've done it b4.

Under a mil n in the bay are possible.  Not many but there are still some.  Now with competitive bidding, it may rises to a million when closed.

I'm trying to put my boy into a 8000 or 9000 square feet Sj home, older home but right across the street is the mall for under 800 asking price.   Go to Zillow to see it.  Yellow looking house.

Also told him to buy them cheap mobile home on wheels like two of them n rent it out for $1500 each to a newly American family since his backyard is huge.  That's $3000 a month cushion right there.  Mortgage is probably $3600 so only $600 is his mortgage while others are paying for his house.

So ignorant. Just because you're "poor" or "lie", doesn't mean that others are too.

But then again, couldn't you just buy the winning lotto and not be "poor" anymore since you're the "hmong Nostradamus and is always right"??  ???

FHA requirements include mortgage insurance for FHA loans in 2019 to protect lenders against losses that result from defaults on home mortgages. Mortgage insurance premiums are required when down payments are less than 20% of the appraised value.

its a bit different from PMI, but kinda the same
plus they are more relax, if you trying to buy a foreclosure home already own by uncle sam aka fannie mae/freddyic mac
again,all these varies

it's all YMMV
but ive seen people with FHA loan that put close to zero down

some credit union are more generous and require no PMI
but it all varies

you can do a piggyback loan if you want

too many restriction and rules
im just typing this from memories
