But you still stuck in Wisconsin.  When I mean stuck, I literally mean it cuz some people don't have a choice to where the finer real estates are at.

Chai Vang would not need to be shooting people had he been hunting in California's private property land.   O0

its a bit different from PMI, but kinda the same
plus they are more relax, if you trying to buy a foreclosure home already own by uncle sam aka fannie mae/freddyic mac
again,all these varies

it's all YMMV
but ive seen people with FHA loan that put close to zero down

some credit union are more generous and require no PMI
but it all varies

you can do a piggyback loan if you want

too many restriction and rules
im just typing this from memories

Zero down if you want to live in Nebraska's corn fields or rural areas.  It is a program for farm workers.

Sure they can lend you the money to buy whatever big ticket prices out there but can you afford the monthly payment is the bigger concern.

talk to the lender/bank
some of them give out zero down loans to people with 550 credit score
thats what happen in 2008 housing crash

look man
my advise to you is:

just buy some REIT etf and be done with it (if you are serious)
let the property management group do all the work for
no need to go fixing lightbulb at 2 am in the morning
fixing leaking faucet

Doubt it since you admitted to "living in your mommy's basement"...Unless..unl ess...you went "underground" again and I don't mean the "basement"...

But then again why go "underground"...I mean you could just win the lotto since you're the "hmong Nostradamus and is always right"...??  ???
