Hmm, as far as her voice in this video, it's not that good.  Maybe she need to not sing through the headphone mic?

I don't know what she's singing through but, sounds like she's singing really close to a microphone.

The voice sounds better in this song.  But I feel like she's trying too much.  She should just sing naturally.  No need to try to imitate, just make it your own when you sing.  I feel like she's trying to hard to imitate rather than singing it as if it's her own.  It actually make the song a bit annoying.
