The Current War, thought Avengers' Spider-Man and Doctor Strange's

Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, and other cast members did a great job acting in this low budget film that opened in limited theaters but the film video/production quality wasn't so good in certain spots. Sure it's a low budget film but it's also 2019. I'm sure the controversy a couple of years ago affected it to a degree too... I give it a C+ overall:
