don't be a fool....... fall for those timeshare vacation property

family member at a gathering was bragging on how he just purchase a vacation property for $30k and $1000 HOA maintenance fee every year
he was sooo happy, jumping up and down like  he won some candy on a vending machine
telling everyone, they should start buying one too
he can even pass the vacation property down to their kids and kids!!!!
 

every year, he get about a WEEK at the vacation property
it is in a nice beach area down in the south

WAIT...HMGROCK ....why is it baddd deal?
it's baddd because, i spent $40/night at this hotel
$40x 7 day= $240 per week
that's not even equal to the $1000 annual fee only
you can probably go 2-3 times the vacation by not buying any TIMESHARE
