Regarding Gun Control, Trump doesn't know what the 2nd Amendment says.  You give him way too much credit.  He doesn't know what any amendment says.  Here's what he said during that discussion about Gun Control:

3/1/2018 Pence: .."allow due process so no one’s rights are trampled..”

3/1/2018 Trump's response: “Take the firearms first and then go to court”
