Bro try again.  I already have one of those empty bedrooms.  But mine has a nice bed and furnishing.   

When I built my house, I built an extra bedroom for my parents on the first floor so they can live with me during their old age and don't have to go up the stairs. 

Right now it's empty because my dad died and my mom don't want to sell her house, plus she can't garden at my place so she rather stay in her own home.
