That's what I made and ate for lunch today. Zaub paj kib nrog kiav roj. I also made stir fried diced baby squash with kiav roj too. My kuav txo was mashed raw Thai chili pepper with garlic, green onion, cilantro, and dill. I also steamed some zucchini. Dipped that in my pepper sauce. It was yummy! I made some quail soup with chicken herbs the other day too but didn't have that for lunch today. Maybe for dinner.
I still have my green papaya that I need to shred and make papaya salad with. I like my papaya really plain and simple. Sometimes I make it with cilantro and green onion--it's the bomb. Other times I like it Laos style but most of the time I like my papaya really plain. It's more refreshing that way to me.
