Before looking oversea, we have plenty here in America

..that needs a home/family to belong to so if I ever support foster care/adopt a kid, I would rather support my fellow Americans  :

People some times want someone from a different culture or environment that's sharply different from their own. So, overseas is the answer;  it's not the last resort.

Many Caucasian families want a cute African or Asian child, especially a daughter. They absolutely can't have their own there. Nor does the U.S. provide enough of rush kids for these families.

Caucasian families can adopt Caucasian, African and Asian kids oversea as well as here since America is a melting pot and the foster care system has plenty to go around which is why I would rather help out my fellow Americans first than non-American folks in a foreign country if it was me.

America loves diversity. Look at Biden! He's picked Kamala Harris for a top position in the country! After Biden, Harris will run the Presidency in order to create more diversity.

At least children in America are being fed well while waiting to be adopted. The whole adopting process takes too long and costly. It’s deterring a family from adopting. If I was to adopt one. It would be someone from Laos.

I have been thinking about one from every continent or culture like Angelina Jolie is doing.

There are only 7 continents, it's not too much.

At least children in America are being fed well while waiting to be adopted. The whole adopting process takes too long and costly. It’s deterring a family from adopting. If I was to adopt one. It would be someone from Laos.

I wouldn't mind adopting a blonde blue eye girl so I can give ASSuming ignorants a run for their money..

Like sia, she adopted 2 fully grown 18 years old.  Well now she's a grandma cuz one of them just pops out twins.   Judgement free zone here.

Lets say if you grew up in the mother land and your good neighbor is a good neighbor to your folks and your whole family are in america while they are still stricken by poverty there.  You wish you can save the whole family but the most you can do is adopt one of their baby.  At least this kid can grow up to be someone special and if they still have the heart to help support their own family, they can do so once grown.

We only have one child but we don't spoiled her..We teach her a very important life lesson early on that she's gotta earn her keeps... :

Earlier tonight, I asked my daughter if she likes the food my wife made and she said: "I don't like it but I will eat it so I won't go hungry". 

Atta girl, a quick learner...

We as parents don't cater to our daughter so she has to eat what we cook or she goes hungry. That's how we were raised  (eat what's on the dinner table) so we are trying to teach our daughter that important life lesson and the sooner, the better...

Same here, I spoiled her but I also taught her how I grew up. She’s a very smart young lady. I must say I have done pretty well for myself.
