and sea turtle which they haven't seen in 20 years has return back
unlike some of our PH who do nothing but take a picture

Yep, I saw that news LAST YEAR and if I remember the guy is a lawyer and environmental activist. He recruited some famous Bollywood celebrities to join his cause and got the entire communities for the clean up efforts.
