You buy with anticipating of the news and when the news goes out and it pop, you may want to sell it for riches. 

Looks like the law suit with google with google trying to get a settlement going so they already won but maxd turned it down to get more money.  It is all a matter of time before the case will close.  So lets say that google has to pay a billion in law suit.  Wouldn't it make sense to buy out the small company instead?  1 billion to maxd and you get nothing or 1 billion to maxd and you get to own the whole company? 

Either way, you know how merging and acquisition works, shares will pop.   Buy on red day and load up.
