Is he from the Hmong band called The Sounders or he's from another band of their own?

New and young bands are forming this past years I don't recognize.

He's from the band The Sounders and he's just making re-mix of his/fan favorites.  I'm only a fan recently, got on the band wagon pretty latttttttttttt ttttttttttteee ee.  He still sounds pretty good...

Older version of the same song:

Edit:
Ok. So I went down the 90s revised Hmong song youtube hole.. and behold! Someone covered Christmas Tsis Muaj Koj by High Voltage which had two of my uncle as band members. I wonder if they know. Anyway, it's a good cover.

I'm also a fan of High Voltage wayyyyy back then.  Which two are your uncles :D :D :D :D :D  How come they don't make music anymore?

Keeneng did a great job on the cover. He reminds me of this singer:

Yes, that's the band.  So, which two (or three) are you related to?  The main singer has a high singing voice and I think they had a Hmong Christian album too.  If remember correctly..

I'm related to those 2 right there! I'm not naming names cus who knows what lurks behind the screen.

Edit:
Speaking of covers, I wonder if anyone will ever cover Xanakee. Although I know they don't need it. This is one of my favorite by them.

That's nice and all but I was looking for something more "reimagine" if that makes sense. I like how Thai stripped the songs down to mainly acoustics only.
