It's the liberal minds...it's always other people's fault not theirs, when in fact they're ones (city of MKE) who are not prosecuting auto thieves and does not allow citizens to protect their own property.

however,  on the subject of the cars, the companies are somewhat to blame.  they make non-theft deterrent vehicles as if these cars are being sold in Korea, the offer cheap prices AND easily approved loans (good credit, bad credit or no credit - anyone is approved).  not racists but these kias and hyundais are the new rides for blacks (in general), same as toyota and hondas are for asians.

same thing like SF and LA, people are smashing and grabbing, no prosecution if under $1k...now they're hitting up high end stores and guess what, still no prosecution.
milwaukee is no different...if a thief tries to take you car, you have to let them, otherwise you get charged with every felony in the book for trying to protect your property.
in chicago, you have to get shot first before you can defend yourself (that's only if you don't die)...not to mention, one can create a hoax and if you know the prosecutor, your cases get dropped...too bad, he is not his mother's son that's why he's still going through the same poop!

Why not just ban all targeted vehicles from entering the mil town market?   

Besides, if these lower end cars are being bought from kaydoos and kaydoos are stealing from each other, I don't see a problem here.
