Sometimes I see questions like, "Who should say I love you first?" ...from single folks.

My answer have always been: It doesn't matter who say it first, if you feel it, just say it.  O0

As long as the person saying it is honest with his/her feelings, that's all that matters...

Perhaps for others but not "elusive" not "rare" at all in my experience. If and when I feel the love, I just say it...it's very easy actually.
