China  Town Chicago has the best tasting duck near me. I usually eat some and order some to take back to Minnesota.

Not sure if there is a sale on their national day but the last time I ate at the marina grocery store that has an eatery, I'm not making this up.  On the way home from work, I was literally holding everything, piss and poop all in one.  Did not make it home but had to make a pit stop at denny's along the highway and took a piss and poop at the same time.  Close call.  I ordered a half a duck hanging on the rack style for lunch at work.  Those ducks, if no one buys, will continue to get hang by the next day.  To make them look fresh and come back to life, just batter up some oil.  No taste testing so you can't tell how fresh they are. 

With that being said, dead or alive, I still eat me some Peking duck.   They usually eat them with some white looking bun.  Delicious.

Back in high school, I looked at blood through a microscope. I didn't like what I saw on the glass plate. I've stayed away from dishes with raw blood in them.

I only eat a little blood, not a whole lot.  There's a point to when it's overkill.
