you already know i don't eat the head and foot anymore
YEAH... there was a time going up
when i was dirt poor and nothing goes to waste
where i would burn all the hair off and bring it home to eat


these days.. i just toss it in the trash
don't even bring it home with me

i do sometimes still take that to mixed it in with my raw laab + budlight

just depend if im feeling lazy or want/don't want to do it

i just go to the local farm around here...
any place is a good place to kill cow kill/goat/pig
bring your own torch/water/etc....


right on the grass is a good place to kill a cow too
