The market is pumped by the Fed. The stock market is more likely to be bearish this year, but I guess we will see what happens. Most people that I know with high six and seven figure portfolios are mostly cash or hedging their positions. I personally will sit on the sideline for a bit if I was investing. It doesn't matter as much if you are day or swing trading.

It could happen, but I don't think Russia will invade Ukraine. Wow! That idiot realizes that the stock market will crash if there is war. It's almost as if he understands that a big catalyst like war with Russia will make bigger moves in the stock market than what the Fed is going to do.    I think defense stocks will most likely come down too if the stock market crashes. I'm not sure how familiar you are with futures, but that would be my play instead of buying defense stocks. These aren't investment plays, but I would look at oil and gas futures.
