...as tasty as how my elders made it when we lived in Laos. I remembered back in Laos, the pig's intestines were used as sausage sleeves and the elders also hung and sun dried it:

Like I've said, even the ones I had at the Hmong New Year is not quite as good as the ones I had in Laos:

Had this at a Laotian restaurant and it wasn't bad either but still not as good as the ones I've had in Laos:
