The fall of the Afghan Army (ANA)
« on: February 27, 2022, 02:28:01 PM »

Why should American blood be spilled in Afghanistan if the people of Afghan (ANA) were not willing to defend for their own freedom from a Taliban regime.

Twenty years and the bucking stops with Biden.
US forces were planning to leave. Millions and resources were spend to train Afghans soldiers to defend once US troop pulls out. Its a shame, once US forces were gone… Talibans took over quickly some cities without even a gun fight. The downfall isn’t Biden rather the people of Afghan.

No. It's Obama's fault for taking us there to begin with and now Biden for abandoning that country while leaving military equipment and bases.

The interesting part is that we trained the Taliban. I think us pulling out was a mistake. It sucks, but we should still be there like how we are in many other countries years before the whole Afghanistan thing even started. It gave China a great opportunity to come right in.

THIS IS NOT EVEN CLOSE

Maybe do some “google research” first
Bush went to afghan to get bin laden for 9/11
Taliban was helping bin laden

You can’t do math. 20 years ago was 2002. George Bush was president then.

You’re right. It was 21 years ago. 9-11 happen in 2001, under George Bush’s watch. A lot of anti-war was protesting. Obama Order the kill shot of Osama Bin Laden. I dont remember too much of what Trump did for the Middle East, just a lot of distraction from his circus 🤡 cabinet.

Uhmmm...

Bush Jr - Iraq/Afghanistan

Obama - Iraq withdrawal creating ISIS and shifted more power to Iran, moved troops to Afghanistan, started conflicts in Libya, Syria and Yemen (killed US citizens there by the way), took out Bin Laden.

Trump - Didn't start any conflicts, took out ISIS in Iraq and Syria, took out Soleimani (worse than Bin Laden), responsible for peace deal between Israel, UAE and Bahrain, negotiated peace deal with Taliban.

Biden - So far... screwed up peace deal with Taliban resulting in horrible Afghanistan withdrawal. Since there is not much left in the Middle East... Russia took over parts of Ukraine under his watch and when he was Vice President.

By the way hmgPebble is dumb as a rock. Anything that doesn't align with his perspective is a conspiracy theory. At least he learned a few new words.  ;D
