And yes, the sauce from the duck's cavity is best as it was roasted with the duck  O0:

As my plane was descending, it flew over lake Mead not too far away.  Green looking water.

A qualification for me to live in a place is the easy access to Asian inventory and grocery and authentic Asian restaurants.

At one point, Vegas was a destination for some due to the new real estate market n cheap housing.  Now the words are out and them prices are reflecting.  I wouldn't live there though.  Vacation sure but living there is no longer a dream of mine.  It was though back in them days.  The locals retirees have their breakfast deal something like $1.99 for egg n sausage breakfast at them no so famous dinky salon they calling it a casino.  Them good deal days are long over.

There's Asian/Korean town in Vegas?  Lots of Pho places as well?

How was the Pho?

I did a road trip from San Diego up to Orange County and all I did was eat Pho, comparing the Pho from various places.  I like the Pho in Santa Anna best.

I prefer the ones in the San Jose, CA and the O.C. more but it's still pretty good.

Chinatown Vegas has grown so much just within the last couple of years and not just Chinese but also has several other Asian flavors. In terms of size, I think it's about 4 miles long now along Spring Mountain Road:
