Mother of the girl is defending the rapist... who happens to be listed in the same residence as the girl & mother.
“She’s my daughter,” the mom, who refused to give a name, confirmed to Telemundo of the girl who would have been just 9 when she was abused and impregnated.

“She’s fine. Everything that they’re saying against him is a lie,” she insisted of Fuentes, who confessed to raping the girl twice. She also insisted that she did not bring charges against Fuentes.

The doctor who performed the abortion listed the rapist as a 17 yrs old teen to Indiana Dept of Health and her performing a non-surgical abortion on a 10yrs old girl of Mexican ethnicity. She highlighted the case to Indy Star instead of reporting it to authority.

Almost all states banned abortion to a certain level and majority of European countries banned abortion after 1st trimester. If this case had been reported to the authority as it should, she would have been giving an emergency abortion in OH. The only reason it was never reported is because of the rapist's status and potentially the girl too - we don't have the detail of the girl's status yet.

Another reason why the abortion Doctor didn't go to the police is because she wanted publicity for herself and to discredit what the SCOTUS did, hence she went straight to the news media.

What would happened if this little girl never got pregnant? I bet she would suffer this abuse, raping, for years to come.
