The pre-pandemic comparison for cable news viewership also shows a drop, with numbers for the three major cable news networks in primetime down 15% in the first half of 2022 compared to the first half of 2019.Again, detail shows Fox News is up slightly, but MSNBC and CNN are down 16% and 35%, respectively.

I think it's because of the fake disinformation, race mongering, Trump bashing, Brandon protecting BS pushed from these two Left leaning media that's making people sick of them and tuning out. Heck more Leftie/Demmies and Independent watches FOX prime time than CNN. Only MSNBC has a slightly higher percentage of Leftie/Demmie tuning in than they are to FOX.
