"How they voted: The bills passed the Democratic-led House as expected. The Women's Health Protection Act passed 219-210, almost entirely along party lines with every Democrat but one in favor and every Republican opposed. The Ensuring Access to Abortion Act passed 223-205 with every Democrat voting for it and every Republican but a handful opposing it."

So, Women's Health Protection Act allows abortion, one Dem opposes it. ALL Republicans opposing.
Ensure Access to Abortion Act passes with no Dem opposing. Some Republicans don't oppose.

Why does that 1 Dem and the few Republicans who didn't vote for abortion now vote to let women travel for abortion? If you don't allow abortion, that means there's no abortion, right? In your mind and position, that is. So, how do their minds think that they now will allow people to travel for something they didn't want existed?
