First Hmong food vendor at the state fair. So far from what I have seen and read it’s a success.

I did not try their food while I was there, I checked it out though, but wish them well!

I really do hope it's "Hmong" food as I've been to several "Hmong" restaurants and they really just serve Laotian, Vietnamese and Chinese food mainly...

That’s a shame for the biggest Hmong population in the US plus Hmong are expert at hot food vending at the New Years. Oh well, better late than never.

The line was long almost reaching the bazaar entrance. Did not try it as we only had room for our annual favorites.

Lao people incorporated Vietnamese pho to our homes. We called it Lao pho and it’s known throughout the states in Lao communities as such so I’m okay with the Chefs calling it Hmong food even though it may not be originated from Hmong.

I would have order something but I wasn’t into the purple sticky rice.
