She's going after Trump, his children and family for... get this...

"Claiming you have money that you do not have does not amount to the art of the deal. It's the art of the steal," NY AG James says in announcement of lawsuit against former President Trump.
AG James alleges years of large-scale fraud, saying the Trump Organization inflated the values of its properties in seeking bank loans or deflated them to pay lower taxes.

Uh... What is the property really worth? No one knows the true worth until it is sold. Assessment are base only on similar size of what the properties around that area is.

If it's inflated to secure loans and they got it, the fault is with the loan companies/investment firms/etc.
If it's deflated to pay less tax and they got it, it's the fault of the city/state for not doing their job.
