all my high school buddies and friend went to 4 college
taking on student loan debt...

while i was lazy and tired of schooling

i just went to the local tech and got my accounting certificate
not even a degree, but a certificate
less than 1 year

and i was already working and making decent money

than 2008 housing crash happen
and i bought a house for dirt cheap... GOT LUCKY
while my friend got out of college and struggle to get a good job and housing till these days

Nothing wrong with that but what’s wrong in your story is putting down college grads. Sounds like you must put down others to make you feel better! In any case, your average joe mentality will keep you hustling until your death. If you stop, you might have to pack up and go live with your college grad brother or under the bridge.

Can easily 10x my weak salary pay

From the sounds of things, you failed somewhere.  Maybe this is why you are on PH, to redeem yourself from your life's failures.

THAT GUY even put down his own brother for going to college saying it's a waste of money and time but then when his brother found a job after college, he complained about his brother not helping out even though he's making a lot of money...
