That was the recipe to bring in new viewers.  You gotta have a looker in your group.  Like all k-pop female groups are doing it now.  One is extremely hot, one is the best dancer, one is the lead vocal, one is blah blah I don't pay too much attention to asian pop stuff enough to know beyond what I do know.
