blacks in CA claimed if reparation is not going to be paid, God will destroyed America and $200k/person is not enough.

Like I've said... how much is enough? Who decided that $200K is the right amount and who get it, why not $1million/person for all blacks.

200K per person--very little. That doesn't repair.
