challenge yourself to find some hard boil eggs in a package.  Walmart has some and look at the Cholesterol content at the nutritional value page.  Un effing believable.  Eggs used to be cheap so poor man be eating eggs and not realizing it and then his cholesterol count goes sky high. 

Ramen is cheap but it has 0 cholesterol.  All them sodium are in the spices so either use a quarter of it or don't use it at all and eat your ramen with no flavor.
