use to drink several a day every day....until I personally experience UTI and the wife started getting suspicious to why I won't go to bed with her...lmao I was like never again...lols still drink one or two every few weeks...but make sure its during the day, and follow up drinking a ton of water..lols

I tried eating spinach when I was a kid. My biceps
never rose like Popeye’s.

I don’t drink energy drinks. I tried those small bottles that
promise 5 hours of energy. But those didn’t do
much for me.  Fruits and veggies give
me a similar energy boost. So, I have eaten those instead.

Nah. I think they got the idea from Red Bull after it became a popular drink around the world.

I don't drink energy drink or coffee... they don't work for me either. Those 5-hour energy drink taste awful.

If I'm driving long distances, I usually get some extra spicy chips or something... they keep me alert.
