VisualMon just proved that this perp did it again to another elderly Asian...

Why would they just claimed it's an accident?

Why you pushed someone from behind, that's not an accident - it's on purpose. I get it if the person was running and not paying attention an accidently bump into the elderly person but that's not what happened.
