Ray Epps (the person that was seen multiple times on vids urging Trump supporters to go into the capitol with many calling him a FED mole) is going to be charged with connection to the Jan. 6th protest.

He is suing FOX and Tucker Carlson for defaming him and enabling the pending charges against him.
