Per my South Carolina trip, some homes have fence, some don't like in CA and WI

Took these photos because "SEEING IS TRULY BELIEVING" so get that idiotic "don't get out much" trap in the basement stupid claim of "no fence in wi" out of here..O0 ;D

Also like in CA and WI, some homes have wooden fence, some have chain link fence, some have iron fence, etc.:

Also as mentioned and it's a common sense common knowledge FACT, some homes in South Carolina also don't have fence like some how some homes in CA and WI don't either... O0:

I noticed in the south that houses don't have sprinklers too.  A lot of houses outside city limits have wells and use city water.  Houses in the city don't have wells probably due to city regulations, I'm not sure.
