It is a small price to pay to rid of that unspoken of title.  For women, old maid.  For men, old dude.  Plus, to some people, just just want to be complete.  They are tired of being solo and lonely by themselves.  Throw the dice and make the best out of it.  If unlucky, just rinse and repeat.  IT may be costly but there is no price in making a match.  You can't get a favorable result if you do not give anything a try.

Honestly, if you didn't just get out of a marriage and had an expensive divorce, you have no excuses. You wasted all that time learning nothing and creating nothing, whether you were moving from one failing relationship to another or just stuck in a fruitless relationship.
