Is the mismatched seats a way the UAW sends a message to the Big 3 Auto companie

..companies because not sure how someone in the assembly line can screw up this badly unless it's done on purpose?  ???:

Probably sending a message to the Big 3 that if you don't pay us a fair wage, more of these quality control issues will be coming.. ???
