Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  O0

I will be having ham again because I've eaten turkey many times cooked by various people including professionals over the years and it's just not as good as ham, duck, chicken, beef, etc.

I gave up on the white turkey meat years ago like the breast because it's just too dry and bland IMO. The dark meat is just OK overall.
