Boston mayor staff, who happens to be Black herself, accidentally sent out Christmas party invites for 'electeds of color' city councilors to 7 other white elected councilors.
After realizing her mistake... she sent out another email stating “I wanted to apologize for my previous email regarding a Holiday Party for tomorrow. I did send that to everyone by accident, and I apologize if my email may have offended or came across as so. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.”

All those Civil Rights activists who suffered and even harrassed/bully/assaulted are probably rolling in their graves.
