CA became the first state to implemented an "Ebony Alert" when a black child goes missing...


I can save the investigators times on this... That missing black kid is not with his/her father, so  he can be ruled out.


Next will be 'Yellow Alert' for Asian, 'Brown Alert' for Mexican and 'Red Alert' will be referred to Native American while creating a 'White Alert' for Whites
