.....whole spout..

So the diverter in my bath tub's spout is not sealing as it should so I spent about $5 for a diverter rather than replacing the whole faucet for $100:

If there's build up, use a file to file it off before installing the new diverter:

Also clean this build up on the pipe before installing the spout back on...
