When you scroll down the list of names, a Republican of Tennessee named Chuck Fleischmann appear there among the supporters of Israel.
Rep. Chuck Fleischmann, serving Chattanooga, has emerged as a strong supporter of the U.S.-Israel relationship over his seven-term tenure. A member of the Appropriations Committee and the Chair of the Energy and Water Subcommittee, Fleischmann has been an advocate for the U.S.-Israel relationship and homeland security cooperation program. Last year, he backed legislation blocking the Iranian regime from attaining unmanned drones and supported a bill that incentivizes other Arab states to join the Abraham Accords. The year prior, he signed a letter urging the administration to counter the International Criminal Court’s politically motivated investigations of Israel. In 2019, Fleischmann cosponsored a resolution expressing congressional opposition to the BDS campaign. Fleishmann opposed the 2015 Iran nuclear deal.
