This is after United bragged about 80% of it's graduating class of pilots in 2023 is either female or POC - all without prior flight experience.
Our first group of graduates is made up of with nearly 80% being women or people of color (39% Women; 69% POC). No flight experience, only classroom lectures and virtual similation experience... Well, I guess she needs to go back to class for more lectures.

After the incident first came to light earlier this year, United said it had conducted an investigation with the FAA and the pilots union “that ultimately resulted in the pilots receiving additional training.”-CNN; yep, more classroom training and lecture.
Shouldn't an Airline be hiring the most qualified and experience pilots instead of DEI hiring?
