Most people who were gonna die from it already died off.  Unless you live in a cave with no friends, everyone knows someone who died from it.  If you think that's not any worst than the flu, there's something wrong with you.  But yes, the current version of the virus is less deadly so it's similar to the flu now.  That doesn't mean it was like the flu 4 years ago.  It's still bad for some people.  I was hospitalized back in December for Covid.  I've never been hospitalized for the flu so I'm going to disagree that its like the flu.
